Each vendor has their own rules but the vast majority, you do not lose any time by renewing early.

Credit Card viaPay by Phone or pay by portal. PO’s with net 30 terms if purchase is of a larger value.

After Purchase

It ranges from vendor to vendor but most provide licenses within 5 – 7 days. Many even provide them within 3 days.

GNS’s return policy is that of the vendor. We can get you a specific return policy for the product you choose.

Your license should be sent via the email you gave us at purchase. If you lose it, please give us a call.

Please contact us and allow us to work the proper channels to get you assistance quick.

If you are utilizing GNS’s advocate services, we are your first call. If you do not have GNS advocate services, the vendor will help you with technical support.

We do not auto renew your license. We will reach out 90-105 days of your renewal to make sure you are happy with your product
